“Reality is for those who lack imagination”

This is from a bumper sticker I had on my car in college…

(It was my Papa’s favorite)

If you know me, you know about my revolving bumper sticker collection on my car.

I am a bumper sticker kinda gal!

(My next sticker is freekin brilliant it has gnomes on it and says “chillin with my gnomies” Ahhah haha HA HAhaha ha gasp ha     ha ha ahem ahh)

I am also a firework/balloon (NOT balloon animal) kinda gal.

If it floats, sparkles, is snarky, kitschy, or thought provoking-

 I likey.

Ramble much?

Check here please___

My point:

I am so jealous of my kids.

This time of year they have magic! Straight up unbridled magic.

For Pete’s sake: you can see it in their eyes and radiating from their little bodies…and I want some too.

pout, pout, pout                    sniff.

Aah oh well.

I suppose reality is what you make it. I might just go write Santa today. Ask him for a vodka mocha valium latte tuh go.

(Kidding…sort of)

Until then I need to go move that elf on that shelf.

If Jason and forget one more time my kids are going to fire that elf up on that shelf.

(Nils, so help me, is his name)

Then what? What the heck am I supposed to do to keep my kids in line over the holidays??!

No way.

That

can

NOT happen.

Well, I guess that is about it.

The watercolor above I just finished. It is a surprise Christmas present for a certain someone, so if she looks familiar to you don’t spoil it man.

If you do you’ll get sticks and rocks in your stocking (tee hee)

-Good luck with all your merry merry and with them 8 crazy nights or what ever it is you’re into.

    Love it Kat.

I have magic too but it’s not tied to holidays. Luckily.

    Nice work…..never stop.
